LET'S TRAIN TOGETHER

I love training with polers!

If you don’t already know, I’m an Aussie personal trainer and blogger, living and working in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. I specialise in working with pole athletes and enthusiasts of all levels. I develop cross-training and conditioning programs that help supplement and balance pole training, and work to prevent pole-related injuries.

Do you want to chat all things cross-training and fitness with me? You can find me on the gym floor at David Lloyd Rotterdam Blijdorp – just drop me an email to find out when we can catch up (you’ll need to be a member of David Lloyd Clubs, or know a member with a guest pass in order to get into the club).

Are you interested in this whole Pole Dancing malarkey and want to give it a try? I teach Beginners and Beginners+ pole classes at Sweetlake Pole in Zoetermeer. Drop me an email to find out when I’m teaching next.

Are you keen to work with me to develop a cross-training program, tailored to your needs? If you’re in or around Rotterdam we can set up face-to-face personal training to help you smash your goals. If you’re anywhere else in the world, let’s talk about how I can help you reach your pole goals with an online personal training package.

Finally, if you’re the owner of a pole facility, and you’d like me to come and deliver a “Train for Pole” conditioning and cross-training workshop for your students, send me an email and let’s have a chat. I regularly travel throughout Europe, the UAE and Australia, and I’m always open to other destinations.

Host a workshop

Do you own a pole studio or training facility? I’m so incredibly pleased to be able to offer Train for Pole workshops.

Over 90 minutes, I’ll lead your students through an intensive conditioning workshop with a focus on developing:

  • high intensity cardiovascular fitness (vital for competing, performing or running routines),
  • pole-specific strength (tailored to the goals and experience levels of the students), and
  • mobility/active flexibility (to ensure that your students have the tools to develop strength at the end of their range of motion.)

Train for Pole workshops can be tailored to meet the needs of:

  • Beginner level pole dancers
  • Intermediate level pole dancers
  • Advanced level pole dancers
  • Generic training to enhance the skills and strength of all pole dancers.
